A simple blend of maize and banana designed for children and adults. It has an off white colour, even texture, and mild characteristic banana taste, making it a pleasant option for everyday meals. When prepared, dark banana specks or fine strands may be visible in the wet pap. This is a natural characteristic of the banana ingredient and does not indicate spoilage.

Storage 

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, transfer the pap powder from the pouch into a clean, dry airtight container and keep properly sealed. This helps protect the powder from moisture and weevil infestation.
