Beetroot-Zobo Pap (500g)

Ingredients:

Sorghum, Beetroot, Zobo Juice, Treated Water

A fermented cereal made with sorghum, beetroot and zobo juice. It has a distinctive beetroot and zobo flavour, a natural pink appearance and a smooth pap consistency when prepared.

Preparation

1. Add 300ml (1 moderate cup) of water to a kettle and bring to a boil.
2. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of Beetroot-Zobo Pap in 50ml of water to make a smooth paste.
3. Gradually pour the boiling water into the paste while stirring.
4. Allow to stand for 1 minute, then stir.
5. Add your preferred sweetener and serve warm.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, transfer into a clean, dry airtight container and keep properly sealed.
